Yesterday, in my sixth-grade class, I taught writing to 29 impressionable young writers. I introduced an organizer I created as a writer's checklist, an all-purpose guide to writing in any situation. It focused on writing with detail and clarity.

Its title?

"The Yes-And Guide To Writing"

The spirit is still alive in this one.

I hope you're proud of what I'm doing, and that I'm bringing a little bit of Del to my little corner of the state.
