Writer for a serial sitcom episode

#1
I'm working on a multi-format television show pilot that incorporates a serial sitcom that runs throughout the episodes. I need someone to create the story into an actual episode. The story revolves around 6 NY colleges students living off campus in the same apartment building. Please respond to Joe Mode at yahoo.com with your information and a writing sample if possible.

Is there a "Wrong Forum signal"? Like the Bat-signal?

If so, could someone please turn it on? I can't wait another minute for the calm demeanoured man of the hour!

I have to admit I may have gone from hating Wrong Forum to grudgingly accepting Wrong Forum but still harboring a lingering resentment towards Wrong Forum.

What is a serial sitcom? I get that it's a "show within a show" but a serial sitcom has me imagining a fusion of Flash Gordon and Friends.

Joe Mode seems not to be familiar with the syntax of email addresses.
Replacing "@" with "at" is a convention used on messageboards for protecting your privacy. It prevents your email address from being recognized by robot programs which scan webpages, looking for email addresses to add to bulk mailing lists.

Still, what's up with the space between "Joe" and "Mode?" There's no reason for that kind of insanity!

Right, that's what I'm saying. Even if one replaces the "at" with @ it's still quite unclear what should precede the @.

If one wants to take advantage of this fabulous offer, that is.

Good. I'm glad we're in agreement, dkois. I felt badly that our first interaction was me being pedantic.

Maybe Joe Mode figures that bot programs are now being programmed to recognize the contruction "username at domain.com" and translate it to "username@domain.com." So he figures he'll screw them up by altering the construction further, to "user name at..."

I think that's just confusing to us, especially since he capitalizes "Joe" and "Mode."

Many a brilliant writer will remain undiscovered thanks to Joe Mode.
