We're a short walk from the Graham Avenue L stop, on Kingsland and Meeker next to the BQE. Plenty of great bars, restaurants, a 24hr McDonald's across the street if that's your thing, and very close to Bedford Ave. and Manhattan. Clean, responsible M or F, non-smoker preferred, no pets sorry. You'd be living with two clean, working, friendly guys but there is lots of room and privacy.
