Why can't I post?

I've just tried twice to post this thing about classes with Bill Chott and it won't post.
The last time the thing I got said, You've tried to post the same thread in the last five minutes, you will be redirected...and I didn't get a chance to read the rest because it took me to the forum.
And yet...I don't see the thread.
Do you all? Can I just not see it?

Okay, so of COURSE I can POST. I mean obviously, right?
But I do have trouble STARTING threads.
And particularly this one. I just couldn't start it. Period. I could start this thread.
But I couldn't start the other one.
I don't know why. Three times I tried.

I wasn't trying to be funny with that last post. I'm having similar trouble. I've tried several times to start a thread in the Plugs forum with no success.
