OMG, KINDER EGGS!!!!! I used to eat those all the time as a little French schoolboy. Are they pretty easy to find in NYC? I had a place down here where I would buy them, until they stopped selling Kinder for some reason.
I'm seriously thinking about picking up some Pocky at lunch.

I don't think you are allowed to sell food with toys inside the food in the US, so anywhere you see them selling Kinder Surprise they are probably Canadian Kinder Eggs and being sold illegally. Am I totally wrong? I've seen them for sale in delis in Astoria a bunch. I feel like since the candy is inferior cocoa-y chocolate and the toys are sometimes disappointingly less detailed than the first Kinder Sopresa I had, I wouldn't be so excited about them if they were readily available.
Also, I wish I had some Men's Pocky for breakfast this morning.

They are sold all over the world excluding the United States, where the 1938 Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act prohibits embedding "non-nutritive items" in confections.
