...the fact that I don't know what the rest of my neighborhood looks like because I have a deli, laundromat, pizza joint, chinese take out, diner and blockbuster all in one block.

...and the mixed cuisine, probably the only city where you could find a jewish/cajun fusion restaurant.

sorry but your geography is off. The Triangle Shirtwaist Factory was at Washington and Greene, what is now an NYU building (the Brown building i believe, connected to Main).

Sid allegedly killed Nancy at the Hotel Chelsea on 23rd btwn. 7th and 8th.

The distance between the two is almost a mile.
