HALLOWEEN V: IT'S BA-ACK (AGAIN).
My roommates and I are throwing our 5th Annual Halloween/Rachel’s (slightly-belated) Birthday Shindig, and we'd love to see you there. Friends, neighbors, significant others, and the ghost of that lonely, elderly man who died in your apartment are all welcome.

LOCATION: Downstairs at the Westside Tavern - 360 West 23rd Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues (much closer to 9th)
[Yes, astute IRC-ers! It’s the same place where the Ash Wednesday magic happens!]
DATE/TIME: Saturday, October 30, 9:00pm
BEER: Yes
COSTUMES: Most definitely!
We're excited to see everybody's get-ups, especially if anyone can top 2003's "Roy and Tiger" combo, or the "Drunken Girls' Rugby Team" from 2001.

ADDITIONAL NOTE #1: 2001's "Drunken Girls' Rugby Team" may or may not have actually been a drunken girls' rugby team.
ADDITIONAL NOTE #2: In the latest sign that the Apocalypse is truly upon us, the Red Sox made the World Series. Game Six is scheduled to fall on the night of Halloween V. Should this occur, all New Englanders are excused (even though the three of us had our ankles sutured specifically for this party).
