Version 3.0 of the IRC bulletin board coming soon

I'm not sure when I will have time to do the update, but the "Gamma" version of vbulletin 3.0 is now available and I will be updating to it soon. To get an idea of what it will look like, you can take a look at the vbulletin forums here.

As always, I will be sticking with the black and blue color scheme that exists already on this site as the main color scheme.

Mullaney, can you add the work color scheme as an option again? There's a blue one, with a Hawaiian print logo, but there used to be one that was even better suited for work.
