We're doing a video at my work where drag queens will dress up two actors as Cindy McCain and Michelle Obama. We're pretending that the whole nation is filled with men who want this information so they can do this at home. It should be funny.

So I need two actors to be our model/subjects: one white, one black -- you should be able to wear no bigger than a man's medium so you can fit in a ladies' large. And to stand in a deadpan non-muggy fashion while we comment in a morning news show style on how we got you to look like the potential next first lady.

Unpaid but fun.

I'm going to be buying makeup and dresses and shoes over the next few days.

Any suggestions of where I can buy dresses that I have a strong likelihood to return them the next day? How about shoes?

Makeup I have to just buy -- ideas for cheap makeup?

Will, no need for pretense here, we all know you're keeping the dresses for yourself afterwards.

I was wishing I was a bit slimmer so I could audition for the part of Cindy McCain. I'd've bought the dress myself. And by that I mean I'd bring in one of my own.

You can get supercheap dresses at the Conways. Or try places like Daffy's and Filene's for slightly nicer but seriously marked-down goods.

Payless for shoes that will fit a guy (women's 11 = Men's 9.) I can also lend you a pair of Women's 11 pumps.

Cheap makeup can be had at your local Duane Reade (see Wet & Wild, NYC brands - usually $1-$2 per item)
