The Orlando Improv Festival
If you want to be considered for the festival: (1) complete the application and (2) pay the application fee. The early deadline is June 30th ($20 fee) and late deadline is July 31 ($35 fee).

Performers from across the US gather in Orlando with our stable of local performers and headliners from Chicago, 3033, to celebrate the art of comedy improv in a bunch of seriously kick-ass improv comedy shows Monday + Tuesday, Sept 26-27, 6pm - 1am, at Winter Park Playhouse (711-C Orange Ave., Winter Park, FL 32789). This fantastic venue seats 120 and has a full bar serving cocktails, beer and wine. Improv workshops by local and national instructors are Sunday September 25th, 10am - 11pm at Starving Artist Studios (2000 N. Mills Ave., Orlando, FL 32803). This brand new school has a collection of newly built classrooms and is 2 miles from Winter Park Playhouse. Tickets go on sale August 2011. Performers and instructors to be announced summer 2011.
