Believe it or not, playing dodgeball is actually fun! I personally have it down to a science and am happy to teach you about how to get into your opponent's head as well as top-secret training maneuvers that will reduce the odds of our team getting pummelled.

There will be regular tournaments on Thursday nights through February. We need teams of 10. I'm happy to organize them, but y'all have got to commit.

DodgeballChampions.com has all the details, but if you're interested let me know (via PM or email) which Thursday you're available between now and the end of October. The Thursday with the most interest is the one we'll play on.

And yeah, it costs $200 per team of 10. You do the math.

yeah it's taking off. There's a tournament on long island this month
I am currently in a Co-ed Kickball league. It is so much fun. We bring coolers of beer and drink while we play..then the whole league goes to a bar afterwards to drink some more!
My team is Whoa Bundy! (that's our cheer)
We have the best team unity and spirit and we're 8-0
One of the kids on our team dresses up in a banana costume sometimes and plays like that. Pure hilarity. He caught a fly once and we taunted the kicker saying, you got out by a banana! you should be ashamed!
The winner of the division goes to D.C. for the championships.

Eli, I am a very cute girl. I will hug you big time. No official t-shirts, but a lot of us seem to end up wearing a gray shirt and blue shorts. If anyone out there wants to design some shirts for us - that'd be awesome!

And yes, $20 per person, but that also includes an open bar afterward and an after party after that. So you know... don't schedule anything important for Friday.

We are ... THE ARTFUL DODGERS!

$200 per one day tournament. There are 6 or 7 matches pre-playoffs. Playoffs are another 6 or so if you get to the finals. If we sign up for more than one tournament we'll get a discount.

Dodge Ball Uniform?

The Old Navy on 6th Ave and 18th St has two blue shirts proclaiming Dodgeball Champion in the 4.99 clearance section of the men's department. They are both size XXL. Might be others in other Old Navys.

We have now chosen a tournament date. Now I just need a headcount of who wants to play. So who's in for Thursday, October 28th? I assure you of an experience that you will never forget.

I undersrtand that if anyone is performing in or assisting Killgore the 28th is bad for you. There will be future dodgeball tournaments, you will get to play.
