Still looking for a roommate

Top of Central Park east side corner near 2/3 or 6 train. Tivo, showtime, HBO, wifi, your own room, huge TV, comfy couches yes there's a cat I'm allergic to her too but it's not so bad plus she's old, real old. Big apartment you don't feel like you are in the city at all the room is unfurnished but i have stuff if you need it.

$950.00 rent and bills and you get to live with me, I'm pretty fun but also pretty quiet. I'm going to add pictures soon so check back and send to all friends even if they are looking for just a sublet for a few months. Lease renews in november.
Thanks pretty people.

Evening, folks. I (Cory Palmer) was recently informed by my landlord that he's moving into my apartment, so my roommates and I have to be out by the end of August. What bad luck!

Therefore, I am looking for a place! I would love to stay near Williamsburg, where I live now, if possible, but I'm willing to move just about anywhere. I'm looking to spend $1100 or less for my part. I'm willing to go on a lease if you need me to, as well. I have a day job and am out performing at night usually, so I'm a very quiet, rarely around roommate.

If anyone has anything available, please let me know at cory d palmer AT gmail DOT com.

Also, if anyone else is looking and interested in signing a lease together, let me know. Thanks!

Hey all,

I'm moving back to NY in the next couple months and need a place for me and my fiance to live.

If you know of any 1- or 2-BRs under $1500 with leases that start Sep 15 or Oct 1, let me know!

Hey everyone,

My friend is getting an apartment in queens soon, and she needs a third roommate. she's still sealing the deal with finances and stuff, but PM me if you're interested.

Hey friends,

Jon Barcelo here. I'm looking for a new place come Sept/Oct. Live in Elmhurst now, wouldn't mind something in Astoria, Brooklyn, or Mid/Lower Manhattan. I'm usually by UCB and work down by Canal Street but if the price is right and there's a train nearby, I would be down.

E-mail me at jonbarcelo at gmail dot com

Thanks

Hi Everyone!

I will be away for three weeks and am renting out my room from any time between August 31st and September 21st. I live in a great part of Washington Heights. I'm two blocks from a park, and right across the street is a supermarket, library and the subway (C train)! We're also close to the 1 train. It's VERY easy to get around the city from here. There are also a plethora of delis, Chinese, Italian, and Dominican restaurants and a great hamburger place too. There are plenty of 24 hour bodegas and across the street is a beautiful cobblestone road that leads to the historic Morris-Jumel Mansion - which often has some really great (and sometimes free) concerts . Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, police, fire and post office are about four blocks away and a Starbucks is a few blocks more. This is an incredible and safe, family-oriented neighborhood filled with lots of culture and life!

This is one bedroom in a three bedroom apartment. I have two roommates who are not home very often but are really very cool, easygoing and wonderful people! The room comes complete with a bed and clean sheets, a very large desk, your own dresser space, closet space, and shelf space. The window has adjustable blinds for your privacy and air conditioning is also included! I also have extra towels if you need them. In addition, you'll have full run of a computer, photo printer, scanner, paper shredder and virtually any office supply you need.

We have a kitchen replete with a refrigerator and freezer, oven and stove, microwave and cabinet space. All dishes, glasses, and silverware are included. The bathroom contains a shower-bath, sockets, and a space to hang your towel along with some more cabinet space. There's a dining table, couch with ottoman, and a projector with full 5.1 digital surround sound in our living room, perfect for movies (of which we have many). You'll have use of a bike, should you be interested. There's also a fair amount of storage space, should you need it.

Please feel free to email me with any questions or concerns. etanhg at gmail dot com

I have a room available for September in a two bedroom in LIC.

44th Drive and 11th.

Two minute walk to 23rd and Ely Station featuring the trains that spell out G E M. Eight to ten minute walk to 7 train, B61 bus and The Creek and The Cave. A block from Vernon Blvd. and all the shops and restaurants.

Furnished apartment. Places to sit that are nice. New to newish stove, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Bathtub and shower. Living room is sunny and bright. Windows even! Plates and glasses and cooking stuff!

Diner on ground floor that opens at about 4am. This might be relevant to your interests. Eggs soak up booze.

I never hear our neighbors. Drama free building. Safe neighborhood.

You will be sharing the common areas with my super amazing roommate, Jen. She is very busy and considerate. She improvises. You improvise. MAGIC!

My room is furnished with Queen sized bed and bedding. Table and chair. Plenty of closet space. Sunny as well.

I will pay utilities. Don't run a mini Hadron Collider and we should be cool.

$250 a week.
$900 for the month.

If you look around and say to yourself, "Hey, this place would be so much better with all my stuff here and my name on the lease." the lease is to be renewed on October first.
The roomie and are not renewing because of work. I need to be in Brooklyn. This is a great apartment. If work did not make it impossible, I would stay.

please email text or call.

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a new place. I'm a student at UCB and pretty new to New York. I don't have a lease so I'm flexible with the date, but the sooner the better. Ideally I would like to spend less than $650 including utilities. I also have cat.

Thanks.

$500 small room in big bright 2-br 20 min-midtown for sweet, clean roomie

This small room in a big, bright 2-bedroom in Washington Heights IS NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL FEBRUARY 1!!! Would like someone for at least TWO YEARS, definitely at least one, assuming everything works out between us. My current roommate has been here for a year. She just got a raise which doubled her salary, and is moving to more expensive digs, sadly. I’m a 32-year-old actor and have a day job tutoring. Graduated an aeon ago from Yale University with a theater studies major, but am really just beginning to pursue it (yeah, really late in the game).

-THE APARTMENT IS BRIGHT & SUNNY.
-IT'S QUITE BIG FOR A 2-BR FOR 2 SINGLES.
-YOUR ROOM IS ALL THE WAY AT THE OTHER END OF THE APARTMENT FROM MINE, SO YOU HAVE MAXIMUM PRIVACY.
-YOUR ROOM FACES A BACK LOT, NOT THE STREET, SO IT IS THE QUIETER OF THE BEDROOMS.
-THE LIVING ROOM IS VERY BIG.
-THIS IS A 2-BR. YOU WILL NOT BE SHARING THE LARGE COMMON SPACE AND THE BATHROOM WITH 14 OTHER PEOPLE.
-PLACE IS RENT-STABILIZED, SO THE RENT WILL NEVER GO UP A LOT WHEN IT DOES GO UP (WHICH WON'T BE HAPPENING FOR YOU FOR AT LEAST A COUPLE OF YEARS, AND MAYBE NOT THEN EITHER).
-I HAVE A SWEET, ADORABLE KITTY WHO IS SHY BUT LOVES PEOPLE.
-WE ARE ON THE FIRST FLOOR. NO STAIRS TO CLIMB!

THE BEDROOM FOR RENT IS SMALL!! IT MEASURES 8 X 9 FEET.

The only thing is WE'RE ACROSS FROM SOME PROJECTS, but we are really safe. I am female and have lived here for 3 years, and am perfectly fine walking outside at 3 or 4 am. Although ON WEEKENDS AND IN THE SUMMER, YOU CAN OFTEN HEAR THEIR SALSA MUSIC TILL LATE.

Thanks!! If interested, please email me telling me a bit about yourself.

Looking for a room in Astoria end of Oct or Nov 1

Hi all,

I am looking for a new place to live in the now/Oct 15/Nov 1 range. I would prefer to live in Astoria, but I am open to other areas. I am a UCB improvisor-type person. If you know anyone who needs a roommate, hit me up-- jborns at gmail. Thanks!

Room off Grand Stop in Williamsburg

If you are a great person that wants to live in a great apartment with a great roommate, please email!

Quiet room in two bedroom on the same block as the Grand L train. This is a great apartment, with a huge 50's style kitchen and a cozy living room. Ultra-convenient (about 75 feet) to the Grand Street L, all of the awesome Graham street area restaurants and bars. It's a small room that fits a double bed and a desk. Both bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment, so there's lots of privacy. Your bedroom is at the rear of the apartment, so it's completely quiet, no noise from the street. Great sunlight in the morning, overlooks trees and a church. Beautiful view.

The rent is $875 a month, plus utilities which are in the $80 a month range.

The building is a 5-unit building and everyone is very friendly, it's a great vibe here.

I am a performer who teaches most nights in the city. I don't bring the party home with me, and I'm looking for someone of a similar mindset, but guests are cool.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who has a 9-5 workday, but all welcome.

The room is available Nov 1, looking for someone who is interested in at least 6 months, but longer is even better!

No indoor smoking and the bedroom is unfurnished. Tons of closet space! Like a crazy amount.

I have a great cat!

Get on it, live your dream! Email me at mikestill AT gmail DOT com

Mike, just to save everyone emailing and asking the three obvious questions: what's the rent, what's the up front payment, and how big is the room (either dimensions or what can you fit)?
