You take your coach or director out for coffee and discuss it.


It might be a situation where that person isn't necessarily wrong or weird, but just that you don't mesh well, and maybe shouldn't be working together.

Well, yeah, my first thought would be to talk with the director too, but I think that the person/people in this situation feel as though he/she/they already bother the director with too much stuff and don't currently have a position in the group that makes his/her/their opinions very high on the opinion totem pole.

I guess everyone's opinions should be equal and he/she/they shouldn't feel like they can't bring it up, but he/she/they feels/feel that way. I guess that's the real problem.

Threads usually can't be deleted. I'd just go back and replace your other posts in this thread with oops sorry or a dancing banana until an administrator decides what to do with it.
