SUBLET AVAILABLE
I have one room in my two-room apartment open for SUBLET during the following times:
April 27 - May 12
June 4 - June 14
June 28 - Sept 30
(Dates can be flexible by a few days in either direction depending on your need. During July 26-Aug 17 BOTH rooms are available.)
If you or somebody you know are looking for some of all of these times, please let me know. The price per week (utilities included) is $100.
This is a very nice apartment in Williamsburg Brooklyn with hardwood floors, great windows, a nice sized living room, kitchen and two bedrooms. Wonderful sunlight (a rainbow comes through the shower each day), and for some reason we get the Independent Film Channel for free!
The bedroom for sublet is good sized and fully furnished with a rocking chair, queen-sized bed, air conditioner, stereo and a view of the entire Manhattan skyline. It is a one-minute walk to the 2nd subway stop in Brooklyn on the "L", Lorimer. Only a 15-minute commute to Union Square!
