Hey IRCers,
A sublet just opened up in my South Williamsburg apartment starting June 1. The term of the sublet could be from one month to five, that's negotiable (possibly longer too!). It's a ground-floor apartment on South 2nd between Havemeyer and Marcy. You are looking at a 5 minute walk from the Lorimer L stop as well as the Marcy J stop. Tons of bars and restaurants around, with a huge C-town grocery store a couple of blocks away.
It's a sizable room with a bed provided. The sublet will likely be $625 plus about $75 monthly for utilities (cable (HBO!), internet, gas, electric).
I love my location, I'm at the UCBT in about 30 minutes. The other roomie is Rory Panagotopulos (www.roryandcraig.com). We are looking for someone awesome.
