Chet Watkins is excited to announce that starting in November we will begin performing every Friday night at 8pm at the world famous Magnet Theater right here in New York City.

Our first show will be on November 5th and to celebrate the occasion we will be having an after party at Billy Mark's West on 9th Avenue and 29th Street. Beer, cupcakes, mustaches to be had by all.

Come on back out and see us on our new night, or if Wednesday night was no good for you because you had a practice group or something - then come see us for the first time!

Longer set, cheap beer, followed by the amazing Rachel Hamilton Love.com show at 9pm and the long running Made Up Musical at 10pm. You can't go wrong!

This Friday! Make your reservations before it's too late

CHET WATKINS In March of 2009 a gaggle of performers were born. Some died, some wandered off into the woods, others went to work in the private sector. Those that remained grew strong by feeding on the nectar of specific choices and the gruel of strong character work. The not quite two year old terror that exists today is akin to watching a Tsunami of hair and teeth attack a baby Blue Whale and destroy it with the will of a thousand hungry Burnese Mountain Dogs.

What does it all mean? We don't know. We all just took a creative writing course at the Learning Annex and we're trying to make good use of it. Featuring Chris Camp, Laura Grey, Kelly Kreye, Christian Paluck, Lizzie Redner, and Jana Schmieding.

I'm unreasonably excited for tonights show guys. Dangerous levels of excited. So much so that my girlfriend and I made chocolate mustaches on lollipop sticks and 50 cupcakes to celebrate the occasion. I'm not telling a lie to you. Fuckin' Chocolate mustaches. You gotta see this shit

I love how much of a family man you've become Campers, it's really great to watch you grow as a person. Chocolate moustaches and cupcakes now, kids right around the corner. Uncle Kelly - I look forward to being called.

Oh yeah and - SHOOOOOOOW NIIIIIIIIIGHT!

I'm making guacamole by myself, well with my cat but that is a totally different type of relationship. She's from Mexico and her and I are working on getting immigration status here in the states.

We had a week hiatus due to the awesome New York Musical Improv Festival. We're back tomorrow night at 8pm. Give us a try, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised/disgusted!
