In New York City their is currently a movement to Unionize the working stand up comics. I am not going to say who is involved other than me as per their request but its got up to 400 comics involved so far. Just thought you guys should know.

as a scab stand-up comic, I look forward to being exploited by titans of comedic industry once all the unionized labor goes on strike.

Mmmm, 16 hour sets at a HoJo in Parsippanny in front of a drunken cobbler convention...

It is an unwritten and unspoken rule that when more than three stand ups are in a room together, and "am I right" is uttered, or "whats the deal with...." is spoken, a brief but unified chorus of "Seinfeld" impressions ensues for a time period of no less than thirty seconds but no longer than two and one half minutes.
