Stalemate, a new SPANK show, will premier tomorrow night at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre at 6:30! As usual, tickets are only five dollars and there are cheep, cheep, beers.

Stalemate is a sketch play about a formerly revered chess player who plays the six "local chess champions" simultaneously, while also being forced to hear them talk. It is filled with funny characters, uncomfortable silences, and sadness. We want you to come!

awesome cast. awesome writer. awesome premise. this is a great spank to check out, especially if you are a sketch student at UCB. Gulya is a great writer to learn from so I would def jump at the chance to see this get spanked for the first time!
