I am attempting a solo show -- NOT A ONE-WOMAN SHOW, BECAUSE THAT MAKES IT SOUND ALL GIRLY. It may or may not be girly, I dunno; the point is, I don't want that kind of content to be assumed.

This journal is to keep me on-track.

STEP ONE: GET A SLOT.

I figured that this would be more important than, say, finishing a script, because I didn't want to put in the effort for nothing. And I am happy to say that, thanks to the kindness of Owen Burke and the UCBT, I will be making my solo show debut on September 13th at SPANK.

STEP TWO: GET A DIRECTOR.

Again, I have met with good fortune, as one of my favourite comediennes in the world, Jackie Clarke, has agreed to direct my show. This will rock!
