Improv Resource Center - Forums

The thought of going on stage for 30 or 40 minutes to do a fully improvised show all by myself gives me the heebeegeebee's. The concept itself is really quite simple. Creating a sense of environment and characters that interact together. Plot lines that twist and turn, flashbacks and dreams that come alive. If anyone out there has any suggestions on literature, exercises, advice or concepts that they would be willing to share I would be grateful.
