Frank Spitznagel is a gifted musician who's been working in the NY comedy community for years as an accompaniest and musical director - if you haven't worked with him yourself, you might know him from CCL, Made-Up Musical, Jilted, Jolley On-The-Spot or as Frankie Fingers from Automatic Vaudeville. This summer Frank spent several weeks in the hospital with what turned out to be Wegner's Granularmaitosis - a rare blood disease that attacks all the major systems of the body. Like many artists and performers, Frank doesn't have health insurance. So basically, things are sucking pretty hard for Frank.
To help out, we are putting together a benefit show and silent auction at the UCBT. Right now we're looking for things for the silent auction - if anyone has access to any great items or especially any services (spas services, meal at a restaurants, theater tickets, etc.) that you could donate, we would all be very grateful. The show is in a week and a half, so please contact me as soon as you can.
Thanks!
Awesome!
