The LA board is pretty quiet, aside from the occasional post about how the LA board is pretty quiet. But here goes...
I've got a little money coming my way in the near future, and I'd like to use it to take classes somewhere. I completed the Second City program a couple years ago, and I'm interested in learning something new and meeting some new folks.
So...sell me on your program. If not your program, then the one that you went through and loved. Tell me what you liked about the classes, the structure, the teachers, whatever. Or, tell me about the other end of it, the bar, the community and so forth. Groundlings? UCB? IO? I want to hear what you liked. Bang? Hothouse? Tell me what made it so special.
Help me make what, in sociopolitical terms, might be the least important financial decision of the coming recession, but will still help shape my year.
