AK is seeking performers for the following new show:
P.I.M.P.'s : CHARACTER DOG RUN
Starting May 5th
Pressure Improv MasterPiece will be moving to Monday nights at 8pm at AK.
For May-June we are presenting a new show idea. "The Character Dog Run"
If you have one or more characters you want to work on, have written stuff for, & want to perform as them, do it at AK.
Each show will feature 8 performers. Each performer will get 5 minutes on stage to deliver anything they want with their character. Monologues, sketches, rants, parts of a one person show, etc.
When all of the performers are done doing their solo stuff, then the real fun begins. The audience & host will then set-up situations & locations where these characters will interact freely. The performers will improvise in character.
The only kicker is that each performer must bring 3 paying patrons. (so the house breaks even & the show isn't cancelled)
