Improv Resource Center - Forums

Hi all - I recently moved to San Francisco from NYC and am looking to get involved in improv here. I've heard good things about the SF Improv Cooperative and BATS improv. Anyone here in SF or familiar enough with the SF scene to refer me to some of the best classes/improv jams in the area? Or places to avoid? I'm intermediate level and prefer Harold, longform, UCB-style improv.
