Im looking for someone to move into a room in a large 3 br apartment in Brooklyn Heights/Cobble Hill area on october 1st. Its a safe and quiet neighborhood.
Close by the borough hall train station which includes :A,C,E,2,3,4,5,M,R, and F trains.
Laundry is right next door. Key-Food is on the corner. Trains are about 3 blocks away.
The room is about medium size, has a ceiling fan and a closet.
The apartment takes up the whole floor of the building. We have a kitchen, a bathroom, and an xbox.
rent is $675 a month + a months security(heat and water is included). we split electric and cable/internet 3 ways.
