Hi! My friend Heather is looking for a roommate. She lives in a spacious apartment in Woodside 3 blocks off the 7 train. Rent is $620/month and utilities come to about $30. The room is available starting December 31st and you can contact her at 646-322-8997.
"I am 25, I work 50 hours a week in investments and spend my weekday downtime reading and watching movies. I'm also working on a book, so I try and discourage marathon parties and permanent houseguests. I also love to travel (although I almost never get to), and I dance as well. My only hang-ups are dirty dishes (this is New York - we don't want bugs) and unapproved "borrowing". Other than that, I enjoy people, love to laugh, and will freely lend you my books and movies and (if solicited) advice. I have a little black pug named Greta. The way my current roommate and I have it, she's not allowed in his room and I vacuum the entire apartment once a week. It works out well. I usually only cook on the weekends, which is also when I scrub the apartment top to bottom (don't ask me why, but I actually enjoy this). I'd love to get comfy and resign the lease with a nice person."
Heather is super fun. CALL HER!
