What's better than musical improv?
Why, musical improv and improvised sci-fi radio drama, of course!

That's right Jonathan Maximus Rockenstern Presents and X Plus One will be performing together this Saturday at 10 pm (after Jen Nails and Jess Allen) and all month long in May at 8 pm (before Centralia) at the PIT (154 W. 29th [btw 6th & &th Ave's]).

A whole month of Rockenstern and X Plus One, what did you do to get so lucky?

it's kinda like visiting tomorrowland at disneyland before they changed it in the late 90's and it became not so cool. it's kinda like watching space: 1999 but with kick ass musical numbers. it's kinda like. . . well, just come see, okay.

The first time X Plus One and Rockenstern shared a date at the PIT, there was a special surprise bonus between shows: MB played and sang two sweet ukulele songs that she had written... and now I love her.

This week, there will be another special surprise between shows! A different one!

Who will I love this week?

Come see us this Saturday before we move to the 8PM timeslot in May. I have it from a reliable source that our earlier timeslot is going to bring in BUSLOADS of elderly people who are tired of the entertainment in Atlantic City. Of course, they think their $8 will also buy them a large cup of quarters and a prime rib dinner, but we'll let Ali and Armando deal with that nonsense.

LYLICE! AMERICAN STANDARD! ROCKENSTERN! X PLUS ONE! It's a must-see line-up.
