Come to the show and come to the website for the show too.

If you don't want to go the VU website then I'll have to explain it to you. There is a black background with blue and white text. The logo on top is standard "Variety Underground" logo but I inverted the colors for artistic supremacy. The site is updated weekly to reflect the weekly lineup and remind everyone that there is free pizza. Oh yeah, at the bottom I put a description of the show that most people (including Tony and I) won't read.

This show is really fun....Thursday night is going to be the first night that I get to do some of my weird songs live in front of an audience.....I can't wait....and not to mention I get to see the great Respecto do their thang. Thanks Variety Underground!

can't forget the beatbox

As if the night wasnt exciting enough-

-you can also catch "Shockwave" as the house beatboxer for the night played by Chris Wright,
amazing the crowd with the boom-boom-chang.

Chris Wright has performed as "Shockwave" in Mission:IMPROVable as Vocal FX Improv'r and with Beatboxer Entertainment (www.beatboxerent.com) in the Chambers of the 5th Element Series at CBGB Gallery here in the city. Chris has beatboxed with Taylor McFerrin (Bobby's Son) and "the guy from the chili's commercial," John Pointer.

"Shockwave" appears courtesy of Off-Book Productions.

I'm "coming for STOMPING GROUND," but I'm staying for the "witty patter" between "charming" hosts Tony Carnevale and Sean Taylor. "Free pizza" and "a loosely-enforced two-drink minimum" makes this "God's comedy gift" to the Lower East Side.
