First of all let me just say hello to all, im not sure where this thing is going to go but hey what fun would that be.
On a daily basis i speak with maybe 30 strangers, each og them with the intent to cancel the service i promote. Most are kind and considerate. Most of them realize they signed up for said service and there for are responsible to pay for it. most of them... Some of the morons i speak with actually expect me to give them their money back. Some of them want me to pay their next bill. some of them threaten to come to my house, rape my wife and steal my dog.
Just five minutes ago i asked a guy why he wanted to cancel his service. His reply was that he was broke and couldnt afford to pay for it. I then inquired why, what was going on to interfere with his ability to pay for the service. "bussiness is slow" was his answer. "Oh, really, well what kind of bussiness do you have?" ( Now some of you may think i am a nosey type person but the truth is its my job to find out why people leave my service) There was a long pause and then he says " umm its kinda personal and id rather not say" Fine and dandy with me. My job is to ask not force them to tell. So i move on with the call, explaining to him how we can help him with his business and bring the cost of his service down. " Um sir" he interjects " I dont think you can help me with my business" " oh sure we can sir, we help all kinds of people save money and make money." I say as smoth and slick as possible. " no sir, my type of work is not the kind that your service can do anything for" Now im hooked. I just have to find out what he does.
Now you have to understand how well my headset will pick up background noise. Its like im in the room with him. I hear a knock on his door. "
