PIT vs UCS vs Magnet

If anything we are lightyears BEHIND what they were doing back in the fifties in terms of movie trailers. The only good movie trailers are the parody ones that make movies like the Shining look like a family comedy (which it kind of is depending on your humor and/or your family).
I used to design and write copy for movie posters. One year my design company flew me out to Hollywood to attend the Key Art Awards, for excellence in movie advertising.

One of the editing houses that does movie trailers did a short film for the show, and I was very happy just now to find it on YouTube. It's a great satire on how trailers are made, and how much things have changed.

(This was years before that excellent Shining parody that made the rounds on the Internet.)

EDITED TO ADD: It's kind of long.

For me personally
BEST IN NYC:
- Ari Voukydis, so passionate about what he does, brings more energy and commitment to every class than I've seen in any teacher
- Armando, opens your brain up

OUTSIDE NYC:
- Karen Herr, I think she's in LA now, she really understands the actor
- DC WIT's Mark Chalfant
- Mick Napier, in Chicago I think? Teaches seminars here sometimes

But they've all taught me something valuable. I could only think of 2 teachers I wasn't so into - 1 at UCB who intimidated me to the point of not feeling safe and free to explore, and another in DC who let personal things into class to often. Def not naming names!

Where's the best / who's the best teacher?
I happened to randomly meet the real Saul last night. Previously I debated that he even existed in the first place. Saul is well spoken, funny and a real down to earth guy and completely new to NYC and the NYC improv/sketch scene hailing from over seas. He had no idea what he was starting when he posted. That's just something to keep in mind before you start going into bits right away, not everyone is trying to start a flame war, some people are just looking for genuine responses.

Performers at UCB lean against the back wall.

At The PIT they lean again side walls.

And at the Magnet they lean against a door and a window.

Furthermore, some people who learned improv on the West Coast tag out by snapping their fingers.

The UCB is better if you like tacos and McDonalds.

The PIT is better if you like Subway.

I can't remember what fast food restaurants are closest to the Magnet.
