i collect pictures, snapshots mostly, of people i don't know. i started buying them for craft projects but i soon became too attached to cut and paste them. i pretty much just look at them from time to time, pondering the lives frozen before me.

anyway, now that i can upload my own pictures, i thought i'd share.

these folks really love their lawn ornaments

sometimes i'm lucky enough to find several photos of the same family or group of friends. here's the flamingo family 4 years later. though you can't quite tell from the scan, in the original snapshot you can see the photographer reflected in the ball. very arty.
