Hello out there in Improvland,
PHIT will be attempting to schedule our workshops, classes and electives for the rest of 2006 during the coming two weeks. To that end I am looking for feedback (either on these boards, or via our email: contact@phillyimprovtheater.com) regarding the following...
1) Are you interested in teaching a workshop? Send us a title, description and your improv resume - with special focus on who you have previously studied under.
2) Are you interested in learning a particular skill? If you'd just like to be a student, and have an idea of what you'd like to learn... post it here.
One thing PHIT is already strongly considering is a 4 week elective in musical improv that would meet on weekends OR a 2-week intensive on musical improv that would meet 2-days each weekend. If you are interested in this please contact the theater so we can get an idea of interest. The class would be with a specialist from New York, and so a full class would be important, since costs for organizing will be high.
Look for more PHIT announcements in the coming weeks as we confirm our schedule!
Greg
