Congratulations, everyone!

Let me know if you want to go with me to the Betsy Ross house on Friday November 3rd. Sometime in the afternoon.

If you think I am kidding, then I will be available after the adventure to wipe your sad tears when you hear about how much fun we had that you did not.

Yeah Cabrini!!

I haven't been to Betsy Ross' house since kindergarten. That would be super fun, but I will be in Rebecca Sohn, Jean Villepique and Deb Downing's workshop Friday afternoon. I'm not fucking around. I will be a workshop whore. Nice.

Yeah, you're not the only whore... the workshops have been open to performers for one day and are already selling like crazy. Hopefully there are some slots left when they open to the general public next week!

Dirty South Rocks Philly

MASTER THE SCENE Friday Nov. 3, 10AM & 2PM | Taught by Zach Ward

Zach will teach you to disregard the limitations of reality. You will realize that the moment you step on stage you have already started a process that does not want to be stopped, and amazing moves in the improv world will always be possible if you have the courage to make them. You will simplify relationships and game; You will learn how to Master the Scene; You will have more fun after you start to improvise Dirty South-style.

A big ol' tub o' Butter

So what if Philadelphia Cream Cheese has half the fat of Butter! We're still gonna spread the funny.

Quite appropriate...

Wikipedia said:
Cream cheese was developed in 1872 by a dairyman in Chester, NY. In 1880, A. L. Reynolds, first began distributing Philadelphia Brand....The name "Philadelphia Brand cream cheese" was adopted by Reynolds for the product because at that time, top-quality food products often originated in or were associated with the city, and were often referred to as being "Philadelphia quality."
We're happy and excited that all the PHIF groups developed in NY have that special "Philadelphia quality"[1]

Thursday we are just going to let happen unplanned. If something arises, great, but it's also a school night.

Friday is insane. That's the cabaret. This is an event unto itself. Hosted by Slavoj Zizek, there's drinking, dancing, dulcet utterances and some other fun stuff planned. Won't go too heavily into detail, but it's at the venue, so we've got as long as we want...

Saturday is the wrap party. That's offsite. Locale TBA.

Sunday is the farewell brunch should we have enough people sign on.
