Here's a job. Someone I met just recently through theatre stuff has a desperately dirty apartment (I'm taking her word for it). Landlord took her to court. She is required to pass inspection. She is a fascinating and extremely accomplished person, and I don't know the details, but it seems she has neglected this for a long time. She says money is not an issue, she just wants someone who would be up to the task psychologically, and she stressed this repeatedly. She says an individual or even a team of two would be fine, she just needs to get this done and is willing to pay what you think is reasonable. I told her I'd put the information out there.
