Florida man kills friend while acting

A man who said he accidentally shot his best friend while acting out a screenplay has been charged with manslaughter.
Daniel Squires, an aspiring 20-year-old screenwriter, was shot in the throat and died July 2.
James Brand, 21, said the men had been drinking and were acting out a story about espionage. Brand admitted pulling the trigger but told police he did not think the gun was loaded, authorities said.
He could get up to 30 years in prison.
