I thought I'd give an underemployed able-bodied improvisor or two first crack at this. I've wrecked my back after almost finishing my move, and I need two people to help me finish. I'm moving from the basement of one building to the fourth floor of a building less than an avenue block away, so we'd be doing it on foot. Here's the itinerary:
One queen sized bed and boxspring
One full sized bed and boxspring
One smallish dresser (like 4' high, no behemoth at all)
Also, I need to move a sectional couch from the basement to the curb. Full disclosure: it won't be terribly pleasant, it's being thrown away because one of my cats likes it too much.
I've got $60 for two guys, less than an hour's work. Need to be all done Thursday before noon. Email me at sajennings@gmail.com.
