Most embarassing moment?

#1
Last night I was performing on the underground stage at The PIT in NYC. The stage is roughly six inches off the ground. I thought the stage was a few feet wider than it is. During a sweep edit I ran across the stage, and off the stage, and face planted into a row of spectators. Yup! most embarassing moment as of late.

Anyone else have similarly, (or much worse) embarassing stories?

My most embarrassing moment was when before my show I overheard a fellow performer in the audience tell a story about a stupid format they saw a team do & how dumb it was. Turns out they were describing the exact format my group was going to do that night. Needless to say I was thinking of those comments our entire set. Wasn't a fun night.

As far as embarrassing moves on stage, I've found my most embarrassing moments to be during classes & class shows where it is easier for your scene partner to bail on you. Once a scene partner stopped, dropped his character, looked at me and said "I don't know what you want me to say". In actual shows, we're all pretty much embarrassing ourselves together as a supportive family so it doesn't sting as much.
