!!!!!!!!!!

I left a message, I'm not sure if it worked. If it did, I will be very happy.
Do I just go? Can I bring a friend? Anybody want to go with me?

Thank you!

That's a good question, Sarah. Do we show up for a list? Do we wait to be called back? First come, first serve or there's always room for fancy pants.

I'm just going to show up with whomever I can talk into going with me. Otherwise, it'll just be me and my moxie.

I looked on the website after I called and all I found was that cracky sounding thread on the BBS. The "intentional leak" thing sounded like it was posted like someone who thinks he's more important than he is (I know that's gonna come back and haunt me somehow, but he did sound like a douche).

I'm gonna stick with the happy free-sounding voicemail.

That and I've seen MOdest Mouse three times by luck of free tickets and I don't expect my streak to run out (shit, that will haunt me too).

Ok, it looks like tonight's concert is not free and at webster hall, tomorrow's is free and at bowery ballroom.
I didn't know there was a show tonight. I often look at concert listings and forget I live in new york city now. Because i'm silly.

Sarah, I think you're right.

I'm really confused about the show tonight. Are they the friends of Wolf Parade? Are they hiding behind Wolf Parade and if you're in the know, you're in the know?

I hate this kind of shit.

I also hate sounding like an ass. Sorry, Nick.

ok.

i was confused too.

apparantly, they are playing a secret show TONIGHT that you have to pay for at webster hall... under wolfparade.

then, there is also ANOTHER show, TOMORROW night, that you DONT have to pay for, at bowery.

i think this makes sense to me now.

I gave them my company name. if I don't get a confirmation call by the end of the day, I'm calling back with my "production company" name.

Lame, but I want free tickets.
