I formed a practice group last summer and Michael was our coach. Our group was pretty diverse in terms of levels of experience, but Michael worked with us on exactly what needed to be focussed on. He had, like, a zillion different really creative exercises to bring out the skills that everyone most needed to improve upon, and besides that he's wicked funny and extremely cute.
