My lovely roomie is moving out, allowing you (or someone you know) to become my new roommate!
I'm looking for someone who's pretty quiet and doesn't have a lot of people over all the time.
The apartment is two blocks away from the Graham Ave stop on the L Train (very short commute into Manhattan).
The room available is smallish, but still fits a large bed, dresser, and desk (I'm living in it now).
The kitchen and living room are huge! And I'm rarely home to use them.
Rent is $725 a month plus utilities (heat, gas, electric, cable)
Speaking of cable, the place currently has dvr in the living room and bedroom, and wireless internet.
Also, I own a wii. This is a selling point for some people.
