After 8 teams it became a bit of a blur. A good blur.

$12,000 - Mike Still and Jennifer Bartels' hipsters.
T.R.U.C.K.S. - Leaving Nick Ross in the audience.
DeCoster - DC's Shakespeare. "That's clunky. I'll need to change that."

I was a bit disappointed we never got to see King's Chinese robot sketch. Maybe next year.

what a great night! i can't even get it together to do any real highlights--by 85 and fwand i was could not follow what beat was supposed to be taking place. my brain was mush; hilarious hilarious mush.

my stomach hurts from laughing (convulsing) at gabrus' sexy scoliosis, and dom's 'sexy dog'. i was hoping he'd have sexy hip dysplasia.

i've really been digging 85's transistions stuff for awhile now, but that 'tackle gavin so he wouldn't commit suicide' scene came about so organically and was SO FUCKING FUN. loved it.

brandon garnder lose it laughing at how silly his and brian(i think)'s 'no woman, no cry' version was so funny to me. i loved john's instinct to push that. the premise to that scene was fucking AMAZING though, holy crap oscar--so smart and well played by those two.

loved reuben's hosting, good to see the music box sketch back from the drawing board. and i am glad fwand's weird racism show demonstrated the real meaning of the holidays and convinced anthony to rehire chuck and pat, and all the harold teams. a fantastic night all around.

an aside: JUST missing the E at 2:40 in the morning is the worst, ever.

1985! I want to make a little birdy bowel movement. Simple alliteration makes my simple mind smile.

At first I thought the whole "more egg!" request was going to be the birds crapping into the sandwich. Turned out to be fuel to their avian fury.

Erik's glass wall move was super smart. Foiled again!

Jesus fuck, I glanced at the first post and didn't see the date and thought I had somehow missed it this year.
