Let's hit up the Magnet Megawatt on Wednesday 12/30

Ever since I went to Magnet Camp, I have been meaning to go see Megawatt. Since I am off, I want to go up to NYC and do it on 12/30. Maybe get a hotel if there is interest...there is a 1:15am Megabus though.

Hey youse guys! I love the Magnet Theater. I'm in Level 4 with Alex Marino right now, so I travel up there every Saturday for class from 3 to 6. If anybody is down for some Saturday Magnet shows let me know. I can't do Megawatt on 12/30, but would love to go other nights.

This sounds super fun. There really is something to be gained from seeing great improv done by great performers. Just like athletes study game film to see what great players do and then learn to copy it, you can watch good performers and then breakdown what they did that you enjoyed.

I'm out of town on vacation, but if you're not you should go on the 30th

So all of the "maybes" turned into "yeses". Kristen, AJ, and Mark Reber will all be going. Mark will be driving. I don't know yet if I am heading back with him or heading back on the Megabus.

It was so much fun...I was with Nick from Crush and we did a scene where we were two southerners named Bilbo and Rambo who into racing against animals. And from Kristen we learned that Santa wears very sexy underwear...sort of.

I loved Chet Watkins set, and I hope to see you guys again very soon!

And I gotta compliment The Magnet for their hospitality. Everyone was so friendly. I wish that we could have hung out at Mustang Sally's afterwards, but we had a two hour trip home. Maybe we will make arrangements to stay over next time.
