i am looking for a responsible roommate to live with in park slope beginning 11-1-04. $750/mo, utilites included. no pets and i do smoke inside. i keep fairly regular hours with the economic research firm for which i work and spend the rest of my time writing and painting. please let me know if you or anyone responsible needs a place to live (i do require paystubs and references. please do not take this personally, but i have had too many irresponsible roommates). thanks. i hope to hear from you soon.

ps - the apartment is close to the F and NR trains (easy transfer to 4/5 or 2/3 trains) and prospect park. i have an awesome album and book collection among other things!
