Kelly Cash welcomes St. Patrick's Day to Under St. Marks with a night of the jig-dancingest, shamrocking improv action in town. We've enlisted the best talent this side of the Five Points, so grab your meat cleavers and moustaches and come on down to see your favorites before they all join the NYPD.
