Hey! My name is John Zachary Townsend. I am referred to often as JZT. I'd love to direct your written show, sketch group, SPANK, whatever you want big boy*!
I co-wrote the sketch show Standards & Practices with the awesome Ellena Chmielewski, which is currently running at the UCB Theatre. I've also written a ton of articles that have been featured on the front page of Funny Or Die, and I write & draw the web comic Young Dolphin Comics. I also wrote a sequel to Annie Hall with Mitchell Stephen Fesh:

I also went to film school, and I've directed a bunch of short films, so I have a lot of video experience if you want to put videos in your show.
My approach is to be super involved, and as available as possible. Let's text each other ideas! And put sketches up at Liquid Courage, and figure out what works and what doesn't work!
