I'll say that they are two completely original and awesome one woman shows, so that you don't need to feel funny.

And I say it in all honesty.

These are shows--well-developed, well-executed, well-acted. You really don't want to miss it.

These are seriously the two best one woman shows I've ever seen. I saw Lylice like 12 times (not exaggerating) and could watch it over and over again and now that Jessica FINALLY has a regular run, there's no reason not to see it 12 times too!

Get your dicks out, people. Go see some awesome shows!

AMERICAN STANDARD & LYLICE

Please come out this SATURDAY night at 8 pm to see AMERICAN STANDARD - the show I wrote about the new years eve I was held up while taking a pilates class.

Stay for LYLICE, at 9 pm, JEN NAILS insanely amazing one woman show about a sixth grader who is slightly misunderstood named Lylice Martin.

I do believe these two shows are off the hook. No lie.

PLEASE COME BY AND CHECK THEM OUT!

*even if you've seen them - they've been updated and revamped (at least mine has) and Jen's still is AWESOME!*

PEOPLE'S IMPROV THEATRE

I second Tara.

These are two of the best one-woman shows I've ever seen.. EVER!

They've got the kind of laughter that comes from the fact that somehow they got inside your life.
(People, I know what you're thinking, but you don't have to be adopted or from questionable ethnicity to sing and prance in front of the TV.)

CHECK THEM OUT!

These are two great shows performed by two great ladies. You won't go to hell if you miss this run, but you'll definitely miss a slice of heaven.

Easily the two best one-person shows out there! If you see only two one-person shows in your life make it these two!!

They are both so well-constructed, well-written, well-performed, heartfelt, and wonderful that you'd be a fool to miss 'em!
