Okay, so I am a PA for a reality series, and tonight I have the overnight shift. This is the shift that stays around in case any of the "talent" does anything wacky in the wee hours.
Problem is, they're all over the country right now. I am guarding a $22 million fortress of reality. Until 8am. I started four hours ago.
So I plea to all y'all: post crazy shit tonight. Start a juicy thread. I have eight hours in which to sweep and tidy up about 100 sq feet. I have some DVD's, free red bull, but I need that digitized companionship. If anything, write some nonsense. I am so alone and empty.
I write this in the NYC forum because I feel bad about myself when I make "friends" with someone I don't know and have little prospect of ever meeting. Does anybody else get creeped out by over-eager chat-room friends and resulting "friendships". Compare and contrast real, local friendships and remote, digital friendships. Don't make me use this opportunity to review all my posts and track my "work" on the IRC. Or, do that, and write about it. You can even just write "fartzz rull" over and over again. Just reply.
