Nominate Washington Improv Theater (WIT) on the Washington Post's Best Bets list in the category of Best Place to See Theater:

You may recall that with help from our online improvisor friends last year, WIT became one of the Post's Best Bets, a really important accomplishment for an improv theater trying to make a name for itself, and trying to establish improv in this city.

Everyone should lend a hand!

Just like last year, I have cast my vote. But unlike last year, I've actually met the folks at WIT now. Industrial Improv opened for Mainstage during one of their Seasonal Disorder performances last December and we were really impressed with the cast and the show. This theater really does deserve to be a Best Bet.

But stop reading what I've written, go vote!

ok now we really need your help with one more vote! we made the top ten; now we need support in another round of voting to win this thing. it'll take two seconds.

this is a contest that last year was won by the mother eff'ing capitol steps, if that means anything to you.

please vote for Washington Improv Theater as a "best bet" for live theater.

if you need added incentive: the post has misidentified us as "the dc improv" (a standup venue) about a half dozen times over the last year. so we really do need this recognition to get the word out to dc people that there's improv in dc.
