It's Mary Regan and I need a roommate. My current roomie is moving out Nov. 1st. Only females need apply-sorry gents, but if you have any female friends looking for a place, feel free to pass this along.
My place is in Astoria, pretty much equi-distance from the Astoria Blvd. stop and the Ditmars stop (N/W trains). My aptmt. is the top floor of a two-story brick house, the bedroom is a big 'un, $700/month. Three windows and enough room for a bed that would fit Brigit Nielsen. It's a NICE room. The neighborhood is nice. No smokers or pets please (unless we're talking fish, etc.) The aptmt. is pretty nice too. Ummm, what else? I'm a great roommate?
