How 'out this Sundance review?!?

Before I start my review, I think I better give you a little background.

I’m not a big fan of sketch comedy, and never have been.

OH NO!!

All of that said, I absolutely loved Derrick Comedy’s Mystery Team.

I can’t think of any reason why the readers of this site shouldn’t make every effort to see Mystery Team at the earliest possible moment — it was just that much fun. Kudos to the Derrick kids. They may not know it yet, but they could be on the cusp of having a major breakout similar to what those wacky dudes from Broken Lizard did in this very town some 8 years ago.

Thankfully, with Mystery Team, these boys hit one way out of the ballpark, producing not only the funniest comedy I've seen at the fest so far, but one that definitely has the potential to stand toe-to-toe with the finer comedies of 2008 and the most hyped of 2009.
